Club PKR FAQ – Answers for Pakistani Players

Go to clubpkr.ws/register and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number (03xxxxxxxxx), email address, and date of birth. Choose a username and password, accept the Terms and Conditions, and click Create My Account. You will receive an OTP on your mobile — enter it to activate the account. The whole process takes under three minutes and is completely free.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on Club PKR. This is a strict requirement. Age is declared at registration and verified with a CNIC before your first withdrawal. Anyone who provides a false date of birth will have their account permanently closed and their balance forfeited. Club PKR does not knowingly allow underage players under any circumstances.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. An OTP will be sent to that number within seconds. Enter the OTP, choose a new password, confirm it, and you are back in. If you no longer have access to the registered mobile number, contact support@clubpkr.ws with your full name and CNIC for manual identity verification and account recovery.

Yes. Log in and go to Account Settings. To change your mobile number, you will need to verify both your current and new numbers via OTP during the update. Changing your email follows a similar process. If you no longer have access to your current mobile number, contact support and they will verify your identity through your CNIC before making the change.

Contact support@clubpkr.ws and request permanent account closure. Your real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method before the account is closed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Account closure is irreversible — if you want a temporary break instead, consider the self-exclusion or cooling-off options in Account Settings. No. Each person is permitted to hold exactly one Club PKR account. Operating a second account — under a different name, mobile number, or device — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. Both accounts will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited. If you think you have accidentally created duplicate accounts, contact support immediately before attempting to use either.

Log in to your Club PKR account and go to the Deposit section in your account dashboard. Choose your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard — enter the amount in PKR (minimum Rs 500), and follow the on-screen steps. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your balance instantly. IBFT transfers may take up to a few hours depending on your bank.

The minimum deposit is Rs 500 across all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Club PKR, although your payment provider (bank or mobile wallet) may have their own daily transaction limits. All deposits are made and recorded in Pakistani Rupees — there is no currency conversion involved.

Club PKR does not charge any deposit fees. The full amount you deposit is credited to your account. Some banks or mobile wallet providers may charge their own transaction fee on outgoing transfers — this is outside Club PKR's control. Always check with your payment provider if you are unsure about their own fee structure before sending a payment.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited instantly in most cases. IBFT transfers can take up to a few hours. If your deposit has not appeared after the expected timeframe, first check that the transaction was completed on your payment app and note the transaction reference number. Then contact Club PKR support via live chat or email support@clubpkr.ws with the transaction details and our team will investigate and credit the amount manually if required.

Log in and go to the Withdraw section of your account dashboard. Select your preferred method — the same method you used to deposit — enter the amount in PKR (minimum Rs 500), and confirm. Withdrawals go through a standard processing check before being sent. For your first withdrawal, you will need to complete KYC verification by uploading a copy of your CNIC. Once verified, future withdrawals are faster. Processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts.

Withdrawal requests for fully verified (KYC complete) accounts are processed within 24 hours. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within a few hours of processing. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take an additional 1–2 business days depending on your bank's incoming transfer processing time. If your withdrawal has not arrived within 48 hours, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required by Club PKR's operating policies to confirm the identity of each player before funds are released.
