Terms and Conditions – Club PKR Online Gaming Platform, Pakistan

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Club PKR ("the Platform", "we", "us") and every registered user ("Player", "you"). They apply to all products and services offered through the Club PKR website and any associated mobile interface, including but not limited to live casino games, virtual sports betting, Ludo Games, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Baccarat, Fishing Games, and all promotional activities.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any Club PKR service. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Club PKR recommends that all players check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2Eligibility

To register and use Club PKR, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise permitted by your local laws to access and use online gaming services.
• You must not be on Club PKR's self-exclusion list or any third-party exclusion register that Club PKR participates in.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when placing bets.
• You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or banned Club PKR account under any name or identity.

Club PKR reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Club PKR account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or in conjunction with others — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name as per your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. Club PKR uses the mobile number provided as the primary identifier and contact channel for account communications, security alerts, and withdrawal processing.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
• Do not share your password with anyone. Club PKR staff will never ask for your password.
• You must notify Club PKR immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Club PKR is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials or failing to secure your account.
• Account details, particularly the registered mobile number and payment method, must match the identity used for withdrawals. Mismatches may trigger a compliance review.

Club PKR may conduct identity verification at the time of registration, before the first withdrawal, or at any point it deems necessary. This process is standard and protects all players from fraud. Verified accounts benefit from faster withdrawal processing and higher transaction limits.

4Deposits

Club PKR accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• All funds deposited to Club PKR must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Club PKR does not accept deposits in any currency other than PKR. No currency conversion is applied — your balance is always held and displayed in PKR.
• Deposits made in error are non-refundable once used in gameplay. Contact support immediately if an incorrect deposit is made before it is wagered.
• Club PKR reserves the right to reject or reverse deposits if there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
• Deposit limits may be set by players voluntarily through the responsible gaming tools available in account settings.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at Club PKR are processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, provided account verification is complete and no compliance review is pending.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name.
• Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal. This involves submitting a copy of a valid CNIC and proof of payment method ownership.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and converted bonus funds that have cleared wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• Club PKR reserves the right to conduct additional checks on large withdrawals or withdrawals flagged by the security system. This may extend processing time, and Club PKR will communicate any delays promptly.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method not registered in the player's own name.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Club PKR offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, refer-a-friend rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% match on the first deposit up to Rs 10,000. Credited automatically upon first deposit. Wagering requirement: 25x the bonus amount on eligible games before withdrawal.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Coordinated or systematic abuse of bonus offers — whether alone or in groups — is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Club PKR reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel any promotion at any time. Affected players will be notified via account notification or email.
• Only one active bonus can be held at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the same wagering requirement as the bonus itself. Until the wagering requirement is cleared, only the real-money portion of the balance can be withdrawn.
• Refer-a-Friend bonuses are credited once the referred player has registered, completed verification, and made their first qualifying deposit. Referring yourself through a secondary account is prohibited.
• Club PKR reserves the right to decline or reverse a bonus if there is reasonable evidence that the terms of the offer have not been met or have been manipulated.

7Gameplay Rules

All games available on Club PKR — including live dealer games, Ludo multiplayer rooms, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Baccarat, Fishing Games, and Virtual Sports markets — are governed by the individual rules displayed within each game or room. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules before placing bets.

• All RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems that are independently audited. Results cannot be predicted or influenced by any player or by Club PKR.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical dealing and are not influenced by Club PKR's platform in any way. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the round concluding and will be reviewed against the recorded video stream.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, Club PKR reserves the right to void the round and return all bets to players. Winnings from voided rounds are not payable.
• Bets placed after the official close of a betting window — whether in a live table game or a Virtual Sports market — are void. Club PKR's server timestamps are the definitive record of when bets were placed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round. These limits are displayed before each game begins and are enforced automatically.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Club PKR. Violation of any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any game, bonus offer, or platform feature.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to place bets or interact with the platform outside of normal browser use.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games including Ludo rooms and live tables.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity. Club PKR cooperates with compliance and reporting obligations and is required to report suspicious transactions.
• Allowing or facilitating access by persons under the age of 18.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals fraudulently. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure and legal action where appropriate.

9Account Suspension and Closure

Club PKR may suspend or permanently close a player account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• An inactive account (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be marked dormant. Dormant account balances are preserved and remain accessible upon reactivation.

When an account is closed for breach of these terms, Club PKR reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. In all other cases, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the closure process is completed.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Club PKR account can do so by contacting support at support@clubpkr.ws. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened.

10Responsible Gaming

Club PKR is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The platform provides the following tools to every registered player:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and apply a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Alerts: Set reminders to notify you when you have been active on the platform for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from Club PKR for a minimum period of 30 days. Permanent exclusion is also available. Self-excluded players cannot register new accounts during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net activity for the session.

Club PKR will never market directly to players who have self-excluded and will not send promotional communications to players during an active exclusion period. Players who believe they are receiving communications in error during exclusion should contact support@clubpkr.ws immediately.

• Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and compliance bodies as required for the operation of the platform and fulfilment of legal obligations.

12Limitation of Liability

Club PKR provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, Club PKR does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• Club PKR is not liable for losses caused by network outages, device failures, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Club PKR is not liable for technical malfunctions that result in a game round being voided, provided that bets are returned to players in such cases.
• Club PKR's maximum liability to any player in relation to any single transaction or event is limited to the amount staked in that transaction.
• Club PKR is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of earnings or opportunity arising from use of the platform.
• Any dispute relating to a game outcome must be raised within 24 hours. After this period Club PKR cannot guarantee that sufficient evidence exists to review the claim.

13Amendments to These Terms

Club PKR reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Players are responsible for checking this page periodically.

For significant changes that materially affect players' rights, Club PKR will provide advance notice via account notification or email where possible. Continued use of the Club PKR platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, you may close your account before the effective date of the change. Closing your account before the effective date of an amendment protects you from being bound by the new terms. Contact support@clubpkr.ws if you wish to proceed with account closure.

14Governing Terms and Contact

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Club PKR and each registered player. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. All other provisions remain in full force and effect.
